Is the best price always the best deal, especially when you are planning your Wedding?  Consider this, a true full service entertainment company will spend 12 to 30 hours planning your reception, however it may appear that you are only paying for the “5” hour reception.   Personal Consultations, Music Purchasing Programming & Editing, Custom Introductions & Recordings, Pre-Receptions Coordination, Custom Agenda’s, Event Preparation, Travel, Setup & the Reception Performance itself plus all the continuing education and other business endeavors add up to the overall success of your wedding and reception.

Personal Consultations

This covers all the aspects of your reception, from the arrival of your first wedding guests to the departure from the venue.  During these consultations, we cover your personal wants and wishes.  At that point we combine our creativity & experience with your wants and wishes to create that once-in-a-lifetime experience so that your dreams do come true.

Music Purchasing, Programming & Editing

A common misconception is that anyone who can purchase music, can program music, therefore is a DJ.  Purchasing music and Programming music are two different individual characteristics.  If the ability to purchase music made someone a qualified DJ than anyone visiting a best buy could be a DJ.  Take into consideration, purchasing music you enjoy is simple, purchasing music everyone enjoys can be difficult.  As a DJ, we spend hours each month evaluating music, charting the progression of music and updating play lists based upon individual’s wants and wishes.  This is no simple task as each month hundreds of songs are released to the public and if we carried every song release the vast amount of music would be overwhelming.

Custom Introductions & Recordings
You have many choices when it comes to customizing your wedding reception. A custom introduction or personal recoding only enhances that Once-In-A-Lifetime experience.  If your choice is a custom introduction, your DJ will work with your ideas and create a custom introduction set to music full of energy.  If you choose a personal recording, the Bride & Groom can record special messages to each other, which will then be edited and inserted into the first dance.  You may choose a message from the Bride to her Father during the Father/Daughter Dance or from the Bride & Groom to their parents, whichever option you choose, it’s unlike anything you have ever seen before.

Pre-Reception Coordination
We take all the information from your Personal Consultations and coordinate with any professionals, family or friends to ensure that no details are overlooked and all your wants and wishes are orchestrated to fit the flow of your reception, freeing you to enjoy yourself.

Custom Agenda
Once the Personal Consultations and the Pre-Reception Coordination are complete, we then create an agenda for your entire reception, which will allow all your wedding professionals to work together as a team.  We provide this Agenda to your photographer, caterer, videographer and anyone else who needs it to ensure your dreams come true.

Event Preparations, Travel, Setup, & Performance
The preparations begin many hours before your reception begins.  The equipment is checked and cleaned before being loaded.  Arrival at the reception site is usually an hour and a half before your guests arrive.  The equipment is then set-up; sound checked and customized to your rooms acoustics.  From the moment your guests arrive, we deliver non-stop music through our high fidelity sound systems, coordinating and Master Of Ceremonies services, legal music libraries and backup equipment on site.  The events of the evening are all done in the order of your Custom Agenda, which allows us to create a Once-In-A-Lifetime experience while making your dreams come true.
